The LESSOR shall not be liable for damage, theft, vandalism, or any other loss of the tenant's personal property or the personal property of the LESSEE.

The LESSEE shall not engage in any disorderly, loud, dangerous, violent, or threatening behavior or interfere with another neighboring resident.
