Throughout the years Manny upkeeps and renovations were done:

1 - in the condo:

2019 - sliding patio door 9 feet x 8 feet in the kitchen: wall opening, masonry, structural reinforcement, a SOMFY motorized blind and granit platform
2020 - renovation in garage: resurfaced ciment, recessed lights, plaster and painting
