LESSEE shall not make any modifications to the premises without prior written consent of the LESSOR.
LESSEE shall not sublet the premises without prior written consent of the LESSOR.
At the end of the lease, the LESSEE shall deliver the property in the same condition as it was received at the start of the lease.
