The remuneration will remain at 4% for the employee, regardless of the number of years of rental.

Note that the term of the lease is to be determined for renewal on July 1, 2025.

- The LESSEE shall provide a letter of employment, credit rating and contact information for the current owner within 4 days of accepting this residential lease agreement.
- The LESSEE shall provide a copy of liability insurance prior to occupancy and maintain it for the duration of occupancy.
- The LESSEE must open a Hydro-Québec account prior to occupancy.

- Unit can be furnished at the same price. A presentation booklet with photos of the furniture will be available on the kitchen counter.
