Dans cette vidéo, Serge Brousseau, fondateur et président de RE/MAX du Cartier, revient sur son parcours et l’histoire de l’agence depuis sa création en 1995. Il partage sa vision de l’immobilier, son engagement pour faire évoluer la profession, ainsi que son rôle de leader et de formateur auprès de plusieurs générations de courtiers.
It was in July 1995 that RE/MAX du Cartier opened its doors at 835, boul. Saint-Joseph, in the Plateau Mont-Royal. Quickly the real estate agency is noticed and several experienced brokers join.
RE/MAX's reputation, their excellent brokers and a rapidly growing real estate market encouraged broker-owner Serge Brousseau to purchase a second franchise in 1997, which he established in a space already occupied by a real estate company on Bernard avenue, in Outremont. Under the RE/MAX du Cartier banner, the location quickly turned around.
In 2002, Ville Mont-Royal welcomed the third RE/MAX du Cartier franchise on Laird Boulevard.
Then, very quickly, in 2003, the Cartier RE/MAX family grew with a fourth office in the Villeray neighbourhood, on Saint-Laurent Boulevard, in the heart of Little Italy.
Today, with its 6 business locations strategically situated, RE/MAX du Cartier enjoys an enviable reputation. Boasting a team of over 350 real estate professionals, including brokers and sublicensees, the agency covers all sectors of the Greater Montreal metropolitan area and Laval. It's worth noting that RE/MAX du Cartier has consistently achieved the highest transaction volume in multiple agencies for the years 2009, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. In 2022, the agency achieved both the highest sales volume and the greatest number of transactions (Source: RE/MAX Québec).
