From a young age, François has been immersed in the demanding realm of sales and customer service. Over the years, he has gained solid expertise in negotiation, service and product marketing, and marketing strategies within prestigious, internationally renowned companies. He held leadership positions in the automotive industry for over 10 years.

Armed with these learnings and an unwavering passion for real estate, he joined the RE/MAX network in 2011 and became part of the Cartier family in 2018. Actively involved in various business networks, his circle of contacts opened doors to numerous transaction opportunities, quickly making him the agency's top-performing individual broker. Over the years, he consistently leveraged his innate leadership to assist his colleagues, becoming an emblem of best practices among brokers. Many consider him a role model!

Thanks to his rich experience in the real estate field and exceptional leadership, François is taking on a new challenge in his career in the fall of 2023: that of becoming the Vice President of the agency. In close collaboration with Serge Brousseau as a partner, he inaugurates a new era for RE/MAX du Cartier. His focus is on real estate brokerage practices and the financial aspect of the business, ensuring sound and advantageous management for the entire team.

General Manager

A licensed chartered real estate broker since 2007 and coming from the field of professional inspection, Geneviève brings a strategic vision supported by strong expertise in team supervision, regulatory compliance, and process optimization. She stands out for her strong leadership, analytical and synthesis skills, rigor, and remarkable sense of collaboration.

She played a key role in evolving professional practices and inspection methods at the OACIQ, where she held the positions of inspector and coordinator of the Inspection Department for nearly 13 years. During her tenure, she led the planning of thousands of inspections, trained professionals, contributed to the redesign of key processes, and represented the organization with passion and expertise — notably as a content expert and trainer. Her contributions left a significant mark on the organization.

As Executive Director, she is committed to building trust-based relationships, actively supporting brokers, and inspiring excellence — embodying, day after day, the values of competence and well-being that define RE/MAX du Cartier.

Agency Manager

With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Nancy Savard has built her career around a deep conviction: to practice her profession with ambition, curiosity, and passion, while placing ethics, professionalism, and a strong professional image at the heart of every action. A natural communicator, she prioritizes human relationships, convinced that trust and listening are the foundations of a sustainable and exemplary practice.

Throughout her career, she has contributed to the performance and management of several major agencies in Quebec, notably within the RE/MAX, Via Capitale, and Sotheby’s International Realty Québec networks. Her role as vice-president of the Review Committee for the decisions of the Syndic of OACIQ, as well as her commitment as an arbitrator and mediator at the Arbitration and Conciliation Bureau (BAC), testify to the depth of her knowledge in ethics and her constant desire to act with rigor, fairness, and discernment, for the benefit of both professionals and the public.

Her interest in real estate dates back to her childhood: a family friend offered her first experience in the field while she was walking through her neighborhood distributing flyers door to door. An anecdote that already illustrates her curiosity, initiative, and genuine attachment to human contact.

Today, Nancy proudly chooses to put her expertise and commitment at the service of RE/MAX DU CARTIER, which she aims to promote by supporting brokers in a structured, human environment that aligns with the highest standards of practice. Director

A seasoned residential and commercial real estate broker, Thomas stands out with a human, structured approach that is resolutely performance-oriented. His fine and concrete understanding of the realities of the brokerage profession allows him to provide strategic, relevant, and results-oriented support.

As Director, responsible for the development and support of brokers at RE/MAX du Cartier, he plays a key role in the growth and visibility of the agency. His mission: to elevate the performance level of brokers by supporting them in developing their full potential, optimizing their business practices, and fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and exceeding expectations.

Before fully dedicating himself to real estate, Thomas worked within large international organizations, notably at Pratt & Whitney Canada and Airbus Helicopters, where he held strategic roles in client management. An engineer by training and holder of an MBA in business administration, he has over 15 years of experience marked by great professional rigor, recognized expertise in negotiation, and a culture deeply rooted in continuous improvement and organizational performance.

Based in Montreal and deeply attached to Quebec, he chose to put his expertise to work in the real estate sector. Driven by the desire to provide exceptional support, he places humanity, listening, and collective success at the heart of his commitment within RE/MAX du Cartier.

Assistant Director

It was in July 2003 that Patrick embarked on his career in the real estate brokerage world, demonstrating from the outset a constant commitment to improvement and success. Over the years, he also worked as a technical appraiser within an appraisal firm.

His determination to remain at the forefront of his field and provide superior quality services to his clients quickly led him to engage in personal development, benefiting from continuous coaching over several years, aiming to consistently become a better broker and a better person.

This support also led him to become a real estate coach himself, generously sharing his knowledge and expertise with his colleagues. His ability to listen attentively to those with whom he interacts makes him a dedicated and empathetic individual. His exceptional charisma is a major asset in his relationships with colleagues, facilitating harmonious collaboration and mutual support in their respective missions and successes.

Passionate about new challenges, he officially accepted a leadership position within the agency in 2023. His primary role? Supporting brokers to ensure the smooth running and success of each real estate transaction.

Executive Assistant

Martine has been the Executive Assistant at RE/MAX du Cartier for 23 years. Often described as the agency’s control tower, she welcomes and supports everyone to ensure operations run seamlessly. Reliable, organized, and deeply trustworthy, Martine oversees the day-to-day management of the agency with professionalism and care—someone the entire team can confidently rely on. She dreams of visiting Italy, drawn by its culture, history, and timeless inspiration. Her guiding principle, “Anything worth doing is worth doing well,” shapes the way she approaches her work every day. Her advice is simple: lead with listening and respect to build strong, lasting relationships.

 Professional Development Coordinator

Priscilla has been the Professional Development Coordinator at RE/MAX du Cartier for the past six years. Known affectionately as the “Cartier mom,” she supports every new broker from day one, offering a warm, personal approach that makes the onboarding experience both smooth and reassuring. Her energy, attentiveness, and resourcefulness make her someone the team can always rely on. She dreams of one day visiting Greece and exploring its crystal-blue coastlines. Her motto, which perfectly reflects how she approaches her work, says it all: “Happy people perform better.” Her advice is simple—stay open, learn from the best, and success will follow.

Professional Development Mentor

A fully licensed real estate broker since 2002, Paula made the transition to the real estate world after a career in the legal field. She swiftly broadened her expertise by exploring the residential, condominium, and multiplex markets. Between 2017 and 2020, she further refined her knowledge by working with the Organisme d'autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ).

Throughout her career, Paula has held management positions, including serving as a director in other real estate agencies. She performed various roles, including employee and broker recruitment, as well as their integration and training. Subsequently, she shared her knowledge as an instructor at the Collège de l'immobilier du Québec, teaching groups of future agency leaders, primarily in the context of human resources courses.

Beyond real estate transactions, she has always placed special importance on the human aspect. Whether in interactions with clients, colleagues, or staff members, Paula has had the privilege of encountering colorful, fascinating, and diverse personalities throughout her life, contributing to shaping the determined and passionate professional she is today.

 Financial Controller 

Lyne has been the Controller at RE/MAX du Cartier for 24 years. A true financial pillar of the agency, she oversees the company’s accounting with precision and consistency. Calm, meticulous, and methodical, Lyne ensures that every detail is handled properly and in full compliance. Her expertise and reliability make her an essential point of reference within the team. She dreams of one day strolling through the streets of Paris.  Sales Coordinator 

Angèle Mc Cabe has been the Sales Coordinator at RE/MAX du Cartier since 2004. She coordinates sales activities, supports the sales assistants, and ensures files are handled with care. Organized and dependable, she is a steady presence the team can always rely on. She dreams of visiting Ireland and the landscapes of the Giant’s Causeway. Guided by the motto “Life is full of variety and constantly changing,” Angèle believes that asking questions is an essential part of growth.

Human Resources & Registration Coordinator

Santino has been the Listings and Human Resources Coordinator at RE/MAX du Cartier for seven years. Organized and hands-on, he’s known as the team’s “octopus,” keeping administration running smoothly while making himself available to support everyone and ensure each listing is handled with care. Québec is his place of choice no need to travel far. Guided by the principle “Do your best according to the circumstances,” Santino believes in giving your best every day to move forward with confidence and authenticity.
