For more than 17 years, I have been helping homeowners, buyers, and investors with their real estate projects throughout Montreal, Laval, the North Shore, and many other areas across Greater Montreal.

Over the years, I have been involved in more than $162 million in real estate transactions. But what I am most proud of is not simply the volume of sales — it is the trust my clients place in me, often from one transaction to the next and from one generation to another. Today, a large part of my business comes from referrals and recommendations.

I do not believe that a good real estate broker is simply there to list a property on Centris, schedule showings, or prepare an offer to purchase. My role is to advise, anticipate potential issues, explain the sometimes complex aspects of a transaction in simple terms, and above all, protect my clients’ interests from the very beginning through to the signing at the notary’s office.

I am particularly thorough when preparing my files. When a property is brought to market, I want to fully understand what I am selling, have the necessary documentation in hand, know the strengths and weaknesses of the file, and be able to properly answer questions from buyers and other brokers.

This level of diligence is especially important when dealing with condominiums, properties with unique characteristics, and transactions where proper preparation can make a real difference.

My approach is direct, transparent, and highly accessible. I would rather clearly explain a situation than simply say what needs to be said to secure a listing or close a transaction quickly.

My goal is not simply to sell a property. It is for my clients, years later, to still feel confident that they made the right decision.
