Throughout her career, she has contributed to the performance and governance of several major agencies in Québec, notably within the RE/MAX, Via Capitale, and Sotheby’s International Realty Québec networks. Her role as Vice-President of the Review Committee for the Syndic’s Decisions at the OACIQ, as well as her involvement as an arbitrator and mediator with the Bureau of Arbitration and Conciliation (BAC), reflect the depth of her expertise in professional ethics and her unwavering commitment to acting with rigor, fairness, and sound judgment—for the benefit of both professionals and the public.

Her interest in real estate dates back to childhood, when a family friend introduced her to the industry through her very first hands-on experience, going door to door in her neighbourhood distributing flyers. A simple anecdote that already revealed her curiosity, initiative, and genuine appreciation for human connection.
