Certified real estate broker, I have been member of the RE/MAX du Cartier team for 21 years. My first real estate transactions dated back to 2002.

In my career I went through varied and disparate states of the real estate market, from the stock market crisis of the 2000, to the hyperactive market of 2004 and 2005, to the “subprime” crisis of 2008, to the stabilization of the market between 2010 and 2016, then the overheating of 2018 and 2019 and recently the new situation of Covit19.

My experience allows me to advise you on the behavior of the market which will help you make informed decisions in a market representing one of the best levers in investment.

Having various academic backgrounds (a master's degree in management from UQTR, a bachelor's degree in IT from ISG and a certificate in law from UdeM) I try to bring together the necessary skills to advise you in your real estate projects and ensure you have the best possible transaction experience.

Honesty and frankness are my hallmarks. I want my clients to receive the professional service that I hope to receive if I had to do business with a real estate broker.

My experience has allowed me to deal in commercial in industrial but mainly (more than 60% of my transactions in residential).

Most of my listings are in Montreal and south shore, but I help my buyers throughout the greater Montreal area including Laval, the North Shore and the South Shore.
