Rental conditions:

1. The tenant agrees to take out a civil liability insurance policy for the
duration of the rental.

2. With any rental agreement, the tenant will provide all relevant documents such as confirmation of employment (salary, position, length of employment, status) to the full
satisfaction of the landlord.

3. Mandatory credit check at the tenant's expense.

4. Pets are allowed under certain conditions.

5. The tenant shall not allow anyone to use, grow, smoke, or vape tobacco,
cannabis, or any other illegal substance in any way on the interior of the property.

6. No Airbnb or similar short-term subletting will be tolerated and will be considered a breach of the lease agreement, which may result in termination of the lease.

7. The tenant will also be liable for any damage to the property and any civil liability damage caused by the tenant during the lease.

8. At the end of the rental period, the property must be returned in the same condition as at the
time of rental.

9. Electricity, Internet, and cable TV charges are the responsibility of the tenant.

10. The tenant must comply with the building regulations.

11. The tenant must request permission for any painting in the house and restore the property to its original color upon moving out.


12. Appliances are included without warranty; any breakage or replacement will be the
responsibility of the tenant.
