The LESSEE must have an appropriate insurance policy for this type of rental, including $2 million in liability insurance for the entire term of the lease, and provide proof thereof to the LESSOR. The LESSOR is released from any liability (civil and material) or damage to the LESSEE's personal property. Upon receipt of proof of insurance to the LESSOR, the keys will be handed over to the LESSEE.
Any short term subletting, such as but not limited to Airbnb rentals, is strictly prohibited and will constitute a breach of lease.
LESSEE may not make any major changes such as painting in the home without LESSOR's permission.
The property is for residential use only and no commercial activity is permitted.
LESSEE may not store any dangerous goods on the property.
LESSOR will not be responsible for any damage, theft, vandalism or other loss of LESSEE's personal property or LESSEE's personal property.
LESSEE shall not engage in disorderly, noisy, dangerous, violent or threatening behavior or interfere with any other neighboring resident.
