- Non-smoking tenants ( inside home)

- Any pets to be approved by landlord.

- No subleading of rooms or AirBNB allowed.

- A maximum of one family to live in the home.

- Acceptable credit office required or proof or payment capacity to be provided and approved prior to signing of lease.

- Proof of civil liability insurance required (minimum 2M$) to be obtained and payed for by tenant prior to occupancy.

- No painting or holes bigger than nail size without landlord approval.

- Protective felt to be used under all furniture to protect hardwood floors

- During the lease, the first $300.00 of any plumbing or appliances billto be paid by the Lessee (unless repair required at beginning of term)
