Proof of home insurance, including a liability insurance clause of at least $2,000,000, will be required from the tenant at the signing of the lease.

Painting the condo walls with colored paint is not permitted. Any holes in the walls must be filled by the tenants before their departure.

The landlords do not allow the tenant to advertise the condo for rent or to use it as a short-term rental.

Other conditions:
