With any rental application, the prospective tenant must provide a personal information form for a full credit check (Oligny Thibodeau), verification of financial capacity or income, and proof of employment or income.

Pets must be approved by the owner.

Smoking is prohibited in the condo, including cannabis, as stated in the Declaration of Co-ownership.

Proof of home insurance, including a liability insurance clause of at least $2,000,000, will be required from the tenant at the signing of the lease.

Painting the condo walls with colored paint is not permitted. Any holes in the walls must be filled by the tenants before their departure.

The landlords do not allow the tenant to advertise the condo for rent or to use it as a short-term rental.

Other conditions:
- If the lease includes two names, both parties are jointly responsible.
- The co-ownership by-laws must be read, acknowledged, and followed as of the moving procedures.
- Moving fees payable to the syndicate are the responsibility of the tenant.
- The owner-landlord will provide the co-ownership syndicate with:
a) Any applicable fees for processing the rental file.
b) The Notice of Lease to a Third Party form.
c) Proof of the tenant's $2M liability insurance, obtained by the broker.
d) The credit check and criminal record search.
e) A copy of the signed lease, obtained by the broker.
