Rental conditions:

- The tenant must obtain a liability insurance policy of $2 million and complete the necessary forms for consent to payment habit checks and information requests.
- The landlord may request a credit check and/or an employer reference before signing the lease to their full satisfaction. This pre-rental check may be outsourced to a third-party company if necessary.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoke-free zone, no use of legal or illegal drugs. No cannabis cultivation.
- A copy of the building regulations will be read and signed by the tenants (if applicable).
- The tenant may not sublet or assign their lease.
Short-term subletting in whole or in part (such as through Airbnb or similar services) is prohibited.
