Upon key handover, the tenant must provide proof of tenant insurance including $2,000,000 liability coverage, and maintain said insurance for the entire duration of the lease and any renewals.

Upon request, the tenant must provide the landlord with an employment letter before signing the lease, to the landlord's full satisfaction. The landlord may also require a credit check, which will be at the tenant's expense.

The property is strictly non-smoking, including cannabis and vaping. The cultivation, production, distribution, or purchase of cannabis or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

Short-term subleasing, including but not limited to Airbnb, is strictly prohibited and will constitute a breach of lease.

Moving fees are the tenant's responsibility.
