- No animals.
- No Airbnb.
- Protective felt to be used under all furniture to protect the hardwood floors.
- No holes in the wall or re-painting without permission from landlord.
- Tenant to obtain at their cost insurance prior to occupancy.
- Security deposit equivalent to 1 month rental required against damages, notwithstanding normal wear and tear.
- The last 3 months of the lease shall be payed by bank draft directly to the listing broker prior to the signing of the lease.
- During lease Any plumbing or appliance repairs of $350taxes included or less to be paid by the Lessee (unless repair required at beginning of term).
