Rental policies:

* The premises are strictly non-smoking.

* The tenant must provide proof of liability insurance in the amount of at least $2,000,000 before the keys are handed over.

* Tenants will be jointly and severally liable for the payment of rent.

* A satisfactory credit check must be completed before the lease is signed, and proof of employment will also be required.

* Pets are allowed in the unit with the landlord's prior approval.

* A deposit equivalent to 50% of the total rental amount must be paid to the landlord upon signing the lease.
