This 4-level building including the basement and ground floor makes up one condo, and the second condo is on the 3rd and 4th level. The declaration of co-ownership was published in 1982, its current and previous owners did not use the premises as condominiums, but used/lived in it as a single family house. The two divided lot numbers are 1182038 and 11882037, and there has three common lot numbers: 1284905, 1284906 and 1284907). The large double garage is on a common lot at the rear, rue Labelle.
Article 85 of the declaration permits (the declaration may also be terminated by means of notice. signed by all the coproprietors and accompanied by the written consent off all holders of privilege or hypothecs registered against all parts of the property. Such notice must be registered by deposit/au Registre. Therefore this co-ownership association can be easily dissolved with a notice published to this effect.
